Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Leverage Partner Network. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in the EdTech space while making a meaningful impact on students' careers through quality education and expert mentorship. You'll be instrumental in building, nurturing, and expanding our business across categories and geographies. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners.
Manage the complete student enrollment cycle from the B2B (partner) channel.
Handle and convert leads provided by partners—from initial contact to final admission.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of student documents throughout the process.
Maintain strong follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls with partners.
Ensure efficient lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low turnaround time (TAT), and proactive communication.
Collaborate across departments to drive closures and streamline processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong interest in education, innovation, and sales.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Ability to understand customer needs and engage in consultative/conceptual selling.
