Position Overview

The
Accounts Manager
will handle end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC), and assist in payroll, employee documentation, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, government regulations, and HR processes, with the ability to balance precision, confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations: journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and maintain
    books of accounts
    in Tally/ERP or equivalent software.
  • Handle
    accounts payable and receivable
    , bank reconciliation, and vendor management.
  • Prepare
    monthly MIS reports
    , cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management review.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely filing and compliance of
    GST, TDS, and Income Tax
    upto final audit.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for audits and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of tax liabilities, returns, and payments.

Human Resources Support

  • Do
    monthly payroll processing
    , including salary calculations, deductions and reimbursements.
  • Manage
    PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund
    compliances.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
  • Handel onboarding, full & final settlements and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments for HR-related financial data and reports.

General Administration

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments for financial approvals and HR requirements.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and internal audits.
