We are looking for a *Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)* with 4–5 years of experience in the *manufacturing industry* to manage and oversee the organization's accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

* Oversee *accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations*.

* Ensure compliance with *statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements*.

* Prepare and review *financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts*.

* Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and process improvements.

* Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)* with 4–5 years of experience in *manufacturing*.

* Strong knowledge of *accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting*.

* Proficiency in *Tally, SAP, and MS Excel*.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
