Role & responsibilities

For Chartered Accountant

  1. Representation of Litigation matters in Direct tax

  2. To handle Income Tax assessments.

  3. Income tax matters including CIT appeal and ITAT

  4. To handle income tax search and survey proceedings including loose paper explanation and post search proceedings.

  5. Tax planning and preparation of tax returns.

  6. To maintain financial accounts of Corporate and non corporate entities.

  7. Statutory and Internal Audits.

  8. GST, TDs and other compliances

For Assistants ( Preferably M.com or Inter CA Drop out)

  1. To assist CAs for the Income Tax Returns, Assessments, Compilation of documents/Paper book and other related works.

  2. Preparation of Financial statements of our clients and Group companies.

  3. Conducting Audits as a team member under the guidance of CA.

  4. Other Tax Related works.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA ( drop outs), M.com having experience in direct tax, indirect tax and other taxation related matters.

Experience of working in Assessment, search and survey would be an added advantage.
