We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with internal departments to identifying staffing needs, sourcing potential candidates, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and selecting the best-fit candidates.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Determine selection criteria and hiring profiles for vacant positions
  • Accomplish recruitment targets for kitchen and front-of-house requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online job portals, recruitment sites, and social platforms
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails
  • Facilitate pre-interview assessments
  • Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends
  • Create awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the QSR/Restaurant & Hospitality industry
  • Certification obtained from the Hospitality/Retail HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
Required Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms
