Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Craft engaging content that aligns with brand tone, values, and audience expectations.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall digital presence.
- On-Ground Coverage & Events:
- Lead real-time, on-ground social media coverage of events, launches, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event visibility.
- Community Engagement & Growth:
- Build and nurture vibrant online communities across platforms.
- Respond to queries, comments, and feedback promptly to foster engagement.
- Innovation & Best Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and features in the social media landscape.
- Identify and implement best practices to maximize organic reach and brand impact.
- Experiment with new formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) to drive engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and PR teams to ensure aligned strategies.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and influencers as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes
- 4–5 years of proven experience in managing social media for multiple brands.
- Strong storytelling skills with a flair for copywriting and visual communication.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on expertise with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proactive, self-driven, and constantly eager to learn and adapt.
- Comfort in being on-ground at events, capturing live moments, and translating them into engaging digital content.
