Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Mumbai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets. Key day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating test drives, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
