Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Sales Consultant. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored sales solutions, building strong customer relationships, providing product consultations, and driving customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include client engagement, understanding customer needs, offering appropriate recommendations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires proactive communication with clients and ensuring they receive superior service throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide customers in selecting the products that best meet their needs
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and build trust with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a results-driven attitude
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
