Role:
Deputy General Manager – Coating & Galvanising

Are you a galvanising expert with a passion for process excellence and leadership? Skipper Limited is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our coating and hot dip galvanising operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead coating & galvanising operations with
    NAS3 compliance

  • Drive process efficiency and elevate product quality

  • Oversee plant operations, maintenance, and safety

  • Collaborate with production and quality teams

  • Mentor and develop team members

What We're Looking For

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Metallurgy

  • 12–15 years of experience in Hot Dip Galvanising

  • Strong understanding of
    NAS3 standards

  • Proven leadership in galvanising operations

Key Skills

  • Deep expertise in galvanising processes

  • Process optimization & quality control

  • Strong team management and communication
