Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Assistant/Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through project and technical sales, brand promotions, client relationship management, and strategic market development in the IT Hardware and allied engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project and technical sales activities within the IT Hardware domain.
  • Drive brand promotion initiatives and marketing strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Develop business opportunities in Construction / Engineering sectors such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, and Solar.
  • Handle GEM and E-Procurement tendering processes with basic operational understanding.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct vendor and OEM negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Travel as required for business meetings, client visits, and project discussions.
  • Maintain high standards of email communication, follow-ups, and client coordination.
  • Represent the organization professionally with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in Project / Technical Sales (preferably IT Hardware).
  • Strong knowledge of Construction / Engineering / MEP / Solar industry.
  • Basic understanding of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and E-Procurement tendering.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Well-groomed and presentable personality.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
