Position : Deputy Project Manager

Job description-

  • Assurance of quality and safety in site.
  • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Leading the quality team in preparing MIS Report & field quality plan, conducting quality audits & implementing stringent quality system.
  • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
  • Interacting with Sub Contractors & clients regarding the work progress.
  • Preparing work schedules and allocation resources as well as supervising all your team members
  • Ensuring that civil engineer projects are completed on time and within budgets
  • Having good knowledge in residential complex
  • Having full knowledge of MEP and finishing works
  • Regular meeting with the contactors for achieving the targets
  • Advance planning of materials with quantity
  • Ensure quality workmanship
  • Controlling the wastage of products

Required Candidate profile :

  • Qualification Diploma/B.TECH/B.E
  • IT Skills MS Office, Internet Application & Autocad
  • Must have 15 years of experience in related field
  • Must have continuous work experience of 3 years with minimum two reputed Building Construction Company
