Hello We are hiring Closing Manager for a Real Estate Developer Firm.

Job Location: North Bangalore

Experience Level: 4-8 Years in Real Estate Sales- B2B Model (Developers Lobby)

Salary: 7-12 LPA

Job Description:

As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and finalizing real estate transactions. You will ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner, liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless closing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate and oversee the final stages of real estate transactions.

2) Review and prepare closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3) Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys.

4) Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.

5) Ensure all closing requirements are met within specified timelines.

6) Maintain detailed records of transactions and documentation.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

b) Minimum of 4 years experience in real estate closing role.

c) Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

d) Proven track record of managing multiple transactions successfully.

e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
