Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, managing lease administration, and handling various aspects of commercial real estate. Day-to-day tasks include managing leases, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, liaising with tenants and clients, and developing strategies to maximize property value and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
  • Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate practices
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
