Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving residential and commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of local property markets and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
