Real Estate Asset Manager,Real Estate Development Manager

A Real Estate Development Manager oversees the entire process of real estate projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, financing, construction, and sales or leasing. They identify development opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, obtain permits, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
