The Hotel Captain is responsible for supervising the restaurant service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. They act as a link between guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff in the restaurant/banquet.
- Greet guests, take orders when required, and ensure personalized service.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
- Guide servers and stewards in their daily operations and allocate tasks.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth order execution.
- Train and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and other service equipment.
- Maintain records of daily sales, reservations, and customer feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
