Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support-

● Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinating complex scheduling across multiple time zones.

● Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

● Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and business presentations.

● Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.

● Maintain organized filing systems and document management Business Operations.

● Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by business leadership.

● Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

● Assist with sales operations including client communication, proposal preparation, and follow-up activities.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required Communication Management.

● Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

● Screen and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and meeting requests.

● Draft professional correspondence, emails, and business communications.

● Facilitate effective communication flow across departments and teams.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Experience-

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative role.

● Proven experience in lead generation and sales support activities.

● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical Proficiencies.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.

● Strong internet research and data analysis capabilities.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications-

● Experience in data services, technology, or B2B sales environment

● Knowledge of international business practices and cultural awareness

● Experience supporting C-level executives in growing companies

● Familiarity with travel coordination for international
