Executive Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the Director's calendar — schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Draft letters, presentations, and reports as required.
- Ensure all communications are handled professionally and promptly.
2. Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Maintain a follow-up tracker / delegation sheet for all pending work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly task reports for review.
- Serve as the single point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Meeting & Event Management
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and review sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up action reports.
- Arrange logistics for client visits, events, and reviews.
4. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
- Track project updates, performance metrics, and deadlines.
- Support in data analysis and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets/Looker Studio (if required).
5. Office & Personal Assistance
- Manage day-to-day office operations of the Director's office.
- Assist in personal tasks and travel management when needed.
- Ensure the Director's office environment is organized and efficient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
