Position: Customer Care Executive

Aeon Shipping (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted name in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, is seeking a Customer Care Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to shipping, freight, and logistics services.
- Provide accurate information on shipment status, delivery schedules, and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments — Operations, Sales, and Documentation — to ensure prompt responses to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through professional communication.
- Record and follow up on customer requests, complaints, and feedback until resolution.
- Support clients with quotation requests, shipment tracking, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain updated customer databases.
- Promote Aeon Shipping's services and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Projected Total Compensation: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
