Job Title: HR / Recruitment Executive - Work from office (Mon to Fri)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR / Recruitment Executive to join our team. This dual-role position combines responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with key HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, while also being capable of handling day-to-day HR functions that support employee engagement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

· Source, screen, and interview candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate a smooth selection process.

· Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining formalities.

· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and network for current and future requirements.

· Ensure accurate records are maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / trackers and job portals.

HR Operations:

· Support employee onboarding and induction programs.

· Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team.

· Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

· Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.

· Assist in employee engagement initiatives and support internal communications.

· Contribute to performance management processes, learning initiatives, and exit formalities.

Requirements and Skills:

· Young, Enthusiastic, and familiar with using AI tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks.

· 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and HR practices.

· Proficiency in ATS, HRMS tools, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Monster).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Good knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
