We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of VP/AVP IAC HHM in Medhavi, within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals to achieve high service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is necessary.
