Role Overview :

As AVP/VP – Brand Leadership, you will be responsible for
driving Cuemath's global brand strategy while ensuring strong execution across brand channels
. You will manage top-of-funnel growth and lead initiatives across communications, media, PR, SEO/AEO, influencers, and partnerships.

You will track impact through data, optimize for
ROAS and efficiency
, and build scalable brand engines that fuel Cuemath's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

    clear channel-level plans and execution roadmap

    g resonates with parents across geographies

Execution & Channel Ownership

  • PR & Communication
    s: Build a strong global PR engine to drive awareness and credibility
  • Media & Campaign
    s: Manage media plans (ATL/BTL/digital), optimize investments, and measure brand lift
  • Social & Influencer
    s: Scale social presence and influencer marketing, ensuring measurable ROI on campaigns
  • SEO/AE
    O: Drive organic visibility and discovery through robust SEO/AEO strategies
  • Partnership
    s: Build and manage brand collaborations and partnerships that drive reach and trust

Data, Measurement & Optimization

  • Set up systems to
    track channel performanc
    e with clear KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, top-of-funnel conversions)
  • Monitor and optimize ROA
    S across brand campaigns and influencer/partnership spends
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns, test new formats, and scale what works

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience i
    n brand marketing with proven execution excellen
    ce (EdTech or digital-first brands preferred
  • Strong track record i
    n scaling brand campaigns with measurable outcomes (ROAS, brand lift, funnel growt
    h
  • Hands-on experience i
    n SEO/AEO, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and media planni
    ng.
  • Ability t
    o balance strategy with executi
    on, moving seamlessly between high-level planning and tactical delivery.
  • Stron
    g analytical minds
    et with expertise in tracking, reporting, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
