Requirements

The AVP – Human Resources will be responsible for driving the end-to-end HR strategy. This leadership position will oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations while ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR best practices within the QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen industry and have a proven track record in building people-centric organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership:

    Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with mission and business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, and people management.
  • Talent Acquisition (TA):

    Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple cities and functions.

    Build strong employer branding strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.

    Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
  • Learning & Development (L&D):

    Design and execute learning programs to enhance leadership, operational, and customer service skills.

    Build competency frameworks and structured career progression plans for employees.

    Foster a continuous learning culture through on-the-job training, e-learning, and mentoring.
  • HR Operations:

    Oversee payroll, compliance, and employee benefits administration.

    Implement HR systems and tools for streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.

    Monitor key HR metrics including retention, engagement, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

    Champion values and promote a healthy, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

    Design and roll out engagement initiatives that boost morale and productivity across kitchens and corporate teams.
  • Performance Management:

    Implement and continuously improve the performance appraisal system.

    Drive goal-setting, feedback, and coaching frameworks across levels.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

    Regularly review and update HR policies to maintain compliance and fairness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen industry is mandatory.
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline from a reputed institution.
