We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Outside Sales Manager
to join our team at
Bhaavya Interiors LLP
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our interior design services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for design, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present our interior design services and portfolio.
- Conduct site visits, assess project scope, and collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new client acquisitions and repeat business.
- Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury products preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with frequent client visits.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and materials will be an added advantage.
