Duties and Responsibilities of Accreditation Coordinator (NBA & NAAC)

1. Accreditation Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinate all activities related to NBA and NAAC accreditation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain a detailed plan and timeline for the submission of accreditation reports.
  • Ensure timely collection and compilation of data from all departments as per NBA/NAAC requirements.

2. Documentation and Report Preparation

  • Prepare Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) for NBA and Self-Study Reports (SSR) for NAAC.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to quality parameters, academic outcomes, and institutional performance.
  • Regularly update and verify data on institutional portals such as NAAC, NBA, and AICTE as applicable.

3. Coordination with Departments

  • Liaise with Heads of Departments, faculty coordinators, and administrative staff to gather relevant academic and administrative data.
  • Provide guidance and training to departmental coordinators regarding NBA/NAAC formats, criteria, and documentation methods.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all departments.

4. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks set by NAAC and NBA.
  • Facilitate internal audits and quality assessments periodically.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and accreditation outcomes.

5. Communication and Liaison

  • Serve as the primary contact between the institution and accreditation bodies.
  • Coordinate communication with NBA/NAAC peer teams during visits and reviews.
  • Organize presentations, meetings, and interactions with visiting committees.

6. Training and Awareness

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation programs to create awareness about accreditation processes among faculty and staff.
  • Keep abreast of updates, circulars, and guidelines issued by NBA and NAAC.

7. Record Maintenance and Reporting

  • Maintain archives of accreditation-related correspondence, reports, and certificates.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Principal/Chairman/IQAC Coordinator.
  • Support the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in all quality-related initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
