Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Kochi. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or candidates, providing product or service information, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves addressing inquiries, handling follow-ups, nurturing professional relationships, and achieving call targets. The Tele Caller will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal fluency and active listening.
  • Proficiency in telephonic outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with call center or CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Customer service experience or previous telecalling experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
