Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing corporate client accounts. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves preparing and delivering presentations to corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client demands.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
