Manager - Corporate HR

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, structure, and workforce planning.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and expansion.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee corporate and project-level recruitment to attract top talent.
- Build employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.
- Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Drive performance management systems (KPIs, KRAs, OKRs) to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
4. Learning & Development
- Establish corporate training frameworks to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Implement competency-based training and career development programs.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and corporate HR policies.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits structure to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for management decision-making.
6. Corporate Governance & Culture
- Foster a positive work culture that reflects organizational values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
