Key Responsibilities
- Become the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a welcoming and responsive experience.
- Identify clients' needs and requirements, perform effective profiling, and segregate service requests to advance them in the sales pipeline.
- Follow up on all leads in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project transitions during different phases of delivery.
- Document and track customer interactions and ensure accurate handoffs to relevant internal teams.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Technical sales activities: articulate technical solutions, qualify technical feasibility, support pre-sales activities, prepare quotations, and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
