Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a 
Customer & Partner Relations Executive
 to join our fast-growing team at Magicindi. This role is perfect for someone who is 
confident, smart, talkative, and multilingual
 (English, Hindi, Telugu). You will represent our brand voice, handle customer queries, support business partners, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the 
    first point of contact
     for customers, resolving queries on orders, deliveries, and product details.
  • Conduct 
    cold calling
     with customers and potential business partners, explaining our offerings persuasively.
  • Maintain consistent 
    follow-ups
     to build long-term trust with customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with 
    suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
     to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide 
    partner support
     by resolving issues, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle escalations with 
    quick, smart decision-making
     to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Magicindi in a 
    professional, polite, and customer-friendly manner
     at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills in 
    English, Hindi, and Telugu
     (spoken and written preferred).
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with 
    cold calling and persuasive communication
    .
  • Ability to 
    think on your feet
     and make sound business decisions.
  • Prior experience in 
    customer support, telesales, or partner management
     is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage 
    multiple follow-ups
     effectively.
  • Strong ability to build 
    trust and rapport
     with customers and business partners.
