Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will handle daily customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer service. Responsibilities include providing online support, addressing technical support inquiries, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
