Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, coordinating with field teams and clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales and marketing calls to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators) and internal field teams to schedule meetings, demos, and sales activities.
  • Update and manage leads, calls, meetings, and quotations using a CRM platform (e.g., Zoho CRM).
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide end-to-end support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet assigned sales and non-sales targets after the completion of the training period.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu.
  • Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience (1–3 years) in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and passion for sales.
