Job Description (Core Responsibilities)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our growth, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to meeting arrangement.

1. Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Drive End-to-End Lead Generation by leveraging multiple channels. This includes proactive outreach via cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn messaging, as well as strategic sourcing through market research and industry event follow-ups.
  • Expertly identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects who require custom technology solutions.

2. Client Consultation & Meeting Management

  • Conduct initial discovery meetings to understand client requirements for software development and web development projects.
  • Independently handle meetings and pitch suitable standard solutions for clients with basic or clearly defined needs.
  • For clients requiring advanced, large-scale, or complex custom solutions, strategically arrange and manage follow-up meetings with our Specialized Technical Team to ensure a deep-dive technical presentation and successful project scoping.
  • Schedule and conduct professional virtual client meetings and product demonstrations.

3. Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target achievements.
  • Effectively handle pressure and maintain a presentable, professional demeanor.
