Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with mandatory field sales experience to join our team in Mumbai and Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by actively visiting potential clients, developing new relationships, and expanding our customer base on the ground.

Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in field sales to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and networking. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales. Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report daily field activities, leads generated, and sales updates to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.______________

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
