  • Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in and inquiry-based prospects.
  • Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages, promotions, and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and personal training packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Handle telephonic and online inquiries effectively to generate appointments.
  • Participate in outreach activities, events, and marketing campaigns to attract new members.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure high member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the fitness and front desk teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, social media handling).
  • Minimum education: Graduate (any discipline).
