Business development executive

- Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in and inquiry-based prospects.
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages, promotions, and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and personal training packages.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Handle telephonic and online inquiries effectively to generate appointments.
- Participate in outreach activities, events, and marketing campaigns to attract new members.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure high member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the fitness and front desk teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, social media handling).
- Minimum education: Graduate (any discipline).
