Position : Branch Manager

Base Location - Kolkata

Location Coverage: West bengal & North East

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall sales, profitability of the assigned region.
  • Set targets for the sales team and monitor performance regularly.;T5
  • Build and expand the distributor/dealer network in the region .
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and control over outstanding dues .
  • Visit channel partners regularly to build strong relationships .
  • Track competitor activities and share feedback for product improvements .
  • Communicate and implement trade schemes and incentives effectively .
  • Support after-sales service coordination with service teams .
  • Hire, train, and manage the branch team .

Desired Profile:

  • Any Graduate or MBA
  • 8-10 years of experience in GT/Channel Sales
  • Strong knowledge of distribution network and geographical
  • Should have worked with appliance/cookware brands
  • Good communication, team handling, and result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with frequent travel
