Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate (Experienced)
Location: HSR LAYOUT
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
- Generate leads through networking, client references, brokers, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate business development/sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary + attractive incentives/commissions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
