Hi,

We have conducted a Walk-in Interview drive for Prime LAP(Mortgage) roles across the below-mentioned locations.

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

Mumbai, Bangalore, Surat, Delhi, Indore, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive LAP business through DSA/channel sourcing, achieve monthly disbursement targets, and manage strong relationships with DSAs and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source LAP business through DSAs and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
  • Manage end-to-end cases from login to disbursement
  • Build and maintain strong DSA relationships
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in LAP / Mortgage sales
  • Strong DSA/channel management skills
  • Exposure to ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 5+ Crores
  • Good market and local network knowledge
