Job Description – Area sales Manager Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) Channel: DSA Only Location: Mumbai Role Overview We are hiring a Area Sales manager to drive Prime LAP business through the DSA channel , focusing on high-ticket LAP cases . The role requires deep expertise in Prime LAP underwriting, DSA relationship management, and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities Drive Prime LAP sourcing exclusively through DSA partners Handle and oversee high-ticket Prime LAP cases Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key DSA partners Ensure strict adherence to pricing discipline (ROI ~10–10.5%) Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle: sourcing, login, sanction & disbursement Maintain strong portfolio quality and compliance with credit policies Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams Support business growth while ensuring risk and policy adherence Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory – Non-Negotiable) Total LAP experience: Minimum 7–8 years (Prime LAP only) Channel experience: DSA Prime LAP only (No branch banking profiles) Current/Recent exposure: Handling average ticket size ₹2–3 Cr+ Strong exposure to high-value property-backed lending Preferred Background Candidates from Prime LAP – DSA vertical Key Skills & Competencies Expertise in Prime LAP underwriting & risk norms Strong DSA relationship management High-ticket deal structuring capability Excellent coordin
