Role Description

Responsible for
leading and driving Prime LAP sales
across . Key functions include sales strategy development, team management, target achievement, relationship building with customers/stakeholders, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires trend analysis and performance reporting to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in financial services, specifically
    Prime LAP
    or similar lending products with experience in sales strategies, sales planning, and team management
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and handle negotiations effectively
  • Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
