Role Overview:

The Sales Head Secured Loans will lead the secured lending business through a network of DSAs across India. This role involves managing a team of Regional/Area Sales Managers who drive business development, relationship management, and disbursement support to end customers. The position requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to deliver consistent growth in loan volumes and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers across multiple regions handling secured loan products (e.g., LAP, HL, BL secured, etc.).
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly disbursal targets by optimizing team productivity and DSA network performance.
  • Monitor sourcing quality and end-to-end disbursal lifecycle.
  • Analyze regional performance, identify gaps, and design strategic initiatives for sales acceleration.
  • Implement process improvements to strengthen lead management, documentation, and post-disbursal support.
  • Mentor sales managers to improve negotiation, relationship, and cross-selling skills.
  • Coordinate with operations, credit, and technology teams for smooth workflow and higher partner satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Mortgage) sales.
  • Experience handling large Sub-DSA networks or channel-based lending business.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-location sales teams and deliver on aggressive targets.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across markets.
