Job Title –Global Head – Alliance & Partnership
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic
Partnership Manager
to play a pivotal role in expanding our network and enhancing our solutions through key partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for
nurturing existing relationships, forging new partnerships
, and
executing partnership strategies
that align with our business objectives.
You will collaborate across departments, working closely with
sales, product, marketing, and development teams
to create a scalable and effective partnership model that delivers exceptional value to both our customers and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to
accelerating business growth, enhancing our market position, and driving customer satisfaction
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow existing partner relationships
, ensuring long-term value and collaboration - Identify, engage, and negotiate new partnerships
that align with our strategic goals - Develop a
scalable framework
for formalizing and managing partnerships - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to
define, implement, and monitor partnership strategies - Take full ownership of
partnership performance metrics and reporting - Ensure partnerships are executed effectively and consistently deliver on their value propositions to customers
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships
- Experience in building partner programs
in a
SaaS, Cloud, Quality Engineering, or AI/ML environment - Strong
commercial acumen
with the ability to
identify and cultivate new business opportunities - Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders - Proactive problem-solving
abilities and a results-oriented mindset
