  • Maintain Records – Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM or support systems.
  • Provide Product/Service Information – Explain features, usage, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Escalate Complex Issues – Forward unresolved or critical cases to higher-level support or relevant departments.
  • Meet Service Targets – Adhere to response time, resolution time, and quality standards.
  • Customer Follow-ups – Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending or escalated cases.
  • Feedback Collection – Gather and share customer insights to help improve products and services.
  • Adhere to Policies – Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain Professionalism – Deliver excellent service while being polite, empathetic, and patient.
