Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers who register on the Appy Pie website.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to understand customer requirements.
  • Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings with prospects.
  • Achieve a daily target of 1–2 qualified meetings with client participation.
  • Generate additional leads through independent research and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and lead status.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and effectively present Appy Pie's value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or telesales, preferably in app/website development, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Flexible availability across time zones and shifts.

Incentive Structure:

  • INR 500 for each qualified meeting attended by the client.
  • INR 1,000 for each meeting generated through self-sourced leads.
  • 5% of total revenue for every lead converted into a paying customer.
