Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Support new customer onboarding guide them through our fitness ecosystem and help them stay motivated.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams for campaigns, promotions, and client journeys.
  • Track and report daily activity, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 13 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Client
  • Servicing (fitness, wellness, or real estate background preferred).
  • Personality: Energetic, empathetic, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.
