We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to provide administrative, sales, and operational support to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries through calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases/CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the relevant department for quick resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-driven environments.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹24,357.71 per month
