Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OM, Logistics, Licensing & Service Delivery Specialist located in Bangalore Urban district. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing logistics, ensuring proper licensing, and delivering exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include managing supply chain operations, handling export processes, coordinating with clients, and resolving customer service issues promptly. Candidates will be expected to maintain accurate records and analyze data to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze data to improve operations
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Export processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a 24/7 shift environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or service delivery sector is a plus

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Licensing & Service Delivery Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the licensing and service delivery value chains, with the ability to manage complex reporting, engage customers effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a
    subject matter expert
    for complex licensing and service delivery issues.
  • Address
    training needs
    and help bridge knowledge gaps across the team.
  • Identify and communicate
    process improvement opportunities
    to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver
    complex reports
    related to licensing, service delivery, and performance.
  • Conduct
    demos and training sessions
    for customers on licensing portals, consumption reports, and best practices.
  • Engage with internal and external customers to provide
    high-quality service and support
    .

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years
    of relevant experience, including at least
    1 year in a BPO environment
    .
  • Strong background in
    licensing and service delivery processes
    .
  • Experience with
    data analysis, reporting, and customer interaction
    .

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent understanding of
    licensing and service delivery value chains
    .
  • Strong
    customer orientation
    with the ability to handle difficult situations empathetically.
  • Exceptional
    communication skills
    (written and oral) in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
