Job Description: Business Development (BD) Sales Intern Position Title: Business Development Sales Intern Department: Sales and Business Development Location: Bengaluru Duration: 6 months Reports To: Business Development Manager Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands -on experience in sales and business development, working closely with our experienced team to drive business growth and develop key client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events. • Client Outreach: Support the Sales team by reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in -person meetings. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Event Participation: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships. Requirements Qualifications • Education: Currently graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time -management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) is a plus. Attributes: • Highly motivated and goal -oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills. • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
