We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM ServiceNow, HRSD module, and development and implementation of solutions in client environments.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement solutions in client environments across different modules of ServiceNow-ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
  • Develop configurations, integrations, portal & catalog development using ServiceNow tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRSD with other modules.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for HRSD implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HRSD and ITSM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of HRSD architecture and design.

Job Requirements

  • Must have completed engineering or degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow, HRSD module, and development and implementation of solutions.
  • Experience with configurations, integrations, portal & catalog development using ServiceNow tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Notice period: 0-15 days.
