**ServiceNow HRSD Architect**
**Location: Remote**

**Minimum Year of Experience-6+**

**MEASURES OF SUCCESS**:

- Deep knowledge of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Finance Management, CSM, FSM, HR, DevOps, and SecOps.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points.
- Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Must be a team player to work with developers and platform administrators.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Must know tools like Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft products.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**:

- At least 6/+ years’ experience in designing and implementing the ServiceNow Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications Preferred:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL v4 Foundation.
- TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect (optional)
